 1.legal and compliance    
 Suppliers are required to comply with management,manufacturing, or conduct business location with all applicable environmental,    labor and anti-corruption laws and regulations.
 2. Environment
 Have a significant impact on the environment suppliers should adhere to the implementation of effective environmental policies and/or environmental management systems to support environmental protection,pollution prevention    and prudent management of natural  resources.Suppliers should strive to reduce the impact of products  and services on the environment.
 3.Free choice of employment
 Supplier shall not use any form of forced labor,prison labor,indentured labor,bonded labor or involuntary labor.
 4.Avoid using child labor
 Suppliers shall not employ below the prescribed age of ILO conventions or national law(whichever is higher) in childern.
 5.Non-discrimination
 Supplier shall provide equal opportunities to all employees and development opportunities,regardless of race/ethnicity,gender,ethnicity,age,disability,sexual orientation or religion.
 6.Salaries and benefits 
 Supplier shall provide to comply with all applicable laws and practices in line with prevailing local wages and benefits.

 The supplier shall recognize and respect the rights of its employees to freely associate and collectively bargaining within the boundaries of applicable law.
 9.Humanely
 Suppliers treat their employees with respect and dignity and provide a work environment free of harassment,coercion and intimidation.
 10.Health and safety
 Supplier shall provide a safe and healthy working environment,in orger to prevent the occurrence of accidents and injuries in the workplace. This requirement applies equally to employees of suppliers accommodation facilities (if any)
 11.Anti-Corruption
 Supplier shall not engage in bribery,collusive practices or any other form of corruption.Suppliers who seek to extort bribes either directly or indirectly from UBS will be disqualified as a supplier.
